Our Terms and Conditions

This inventory report is a fair and accurate report, which describes the property contents, condition and cleanliness of the property for rental purposes only.

Although we have used the best of our knowledge we are not experts surveyors, valuers or structural engineers.  This is only an inventory report based on our professional training and observations and cannot be used in any other way.

For any additional quotation over and above the initial agreement, we reserve the right to adjust the price according to additional rooms, contents, garages outbuilding etc. Our Clerk on-site will endeavour to contact the instructing principle, using all available means, to agree further instructions on this basis before proceeding with the inventory.

All our reports are delivered electronically.  A £5 charge applies for a CD or any additional printed copies (colour).

Photographic and/or video evidence is retained in our records for the duration of the tenancy of the said property.  Request for copies should be made at the initial booking.

On site visits will be governed by the current Health & Safety Regulations.  

Furnishings without a label according to the Fire Regulation Act 1988 are noted.

None of electric and gas appliances have been tested.

It is the responsibility of the landlord or respective agent and the tenant to agree between themselves the accuracy of the report.  Any disputes over content or description must be registered with Precision checkout within 7 working days.

Cancellations within 24 hrs are charged at £50 while later cancellations are charged at the full price.

Payment terms are 5 days from completion. Account holders have 30 days. Late payments are subjects to an administration charge plus an interest charge of 12% over the base rate on any amounts outstanding.
